Version history in SimplifyIT is all about visibility. When someone updates a policy, modifies a document, or edits a page, that change is recorded and viewable. You can see the date, the user, and any included notes - no admin tools or IT help required.

Smart Visibility for Content Managers

Version history isn't shown to everyone - only to those with edit rights for the specific page, document, or file. If you're not responsible for managing that content, you won't see the archived versions or change logs, keeping the interface clean and focused. But if you are a content manager, you'll have full visibility into what changed, when, and by whom.
