Real-Time Change Management Innovation
While building a Change Management form, a compliance officer at a credit union noticed a limitation: she could create condition-based tasks triggered by selected answers, but not by the full context of the question. In a form with multiple Yes/No prompts, this made conditional logic too vague to be useful.
The Problem
One prompt on the form asked "New Procedure Required?" and offered Yes/No answers. However, the system only checked the selected answer - not the question - so "Yes" or "No" could match multiple unrelated prompts. That made it hard to assign automated tasks with confidence or precision.
The Real-Time Fix
During the support call, we updated their live software - on the spot - to allow condition triggers based on the full prompt and response. Instead of matching just "Yes", the system could now match:
New Procedure Required? Yes
This small change unlocked powerful form behavior and eliminated ambiguity across all conditional logic.
Now Available to All Clients
This enhancement now benefits every institution using SimplifyIT. Any compliance form or eForm can now conditionally trigger tasks based on both the question and its answer - no extra configuration required.
Why It Matters
Compliance forms evolve quickly. Waiting on a vendor roadmap doesn't cut it. Our approach? Listen, solve, deploy - live. This case study is one example of how we partner with our clients in real time to make their work more effective, compliant, and less frustrating.
