    Automatically (or manually, if preferred) route requests based on skill sets, job duties, and pre-defined communication paths.
  • Asset Tracking/Work History
    Know where you equipment is, where it's been, its work history, and run reports to drive your equipment-refresh plan. No longer will your IT staff perform redundant work, and, since everybody knows where a machine stands by viewing its work history, any employee can pick up where another left off in resolving an issue.
  • Knowledge Base
    Provide information to the employees that need it: frontline staff can only access frontline-staff articles, and IT staff access IT articles (and articles targeted to all employees).
